Terms & Conditions

Payment of deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms:

A deposit of £50 is payable on booking. Deposits are not refundable
Payment of the outstanding balance is due prior to departure on the day of the party. Additional partial payments may be made at any time, however these payments are not refundable
It is the responsibility of the person booking the party to inform Banana Bens of the number of children attending the party by 5p.m. of the confirmation date stated on the booking form. Confirmation should be made by telephone on 01978 449897, email info@bananabens.co.uk or in person at the centre
If confirmation is not received by this time it will be assumed that the latest number of children communicated to us is the confirmed number
The confirmed number of guest will be the minimum charged for, even if fewer guest actually attend the party. Banana Bens will endeavour to accommodate a small number of additional guests in the event of unexpected attendees. These will be charged for at the prevailing rate
If a party is cancelled before the date of the party no further payment will be required, however, no payment previously made will be refunded
Children who wish to stay at Banana Bens during the party who are not paying party guests will be charged for entry at the current admission rate at the time of the party
All the party guests and adults attending with them are subject to the Rules of Play. In particular anyone entering the play area must wear socks at all time
